The month of October saw two ribbon cutting ceremonies for two of our independent recreation councils operating within Lakeland Ridges.
On Saturday, October 10th, Mayor Grant, Councillor Glanville and Councillor Cole joined members of the Kirkland Hall Rec Committee for the ribbon cutting of their new steps and wheelchair ramp.
On Saturday, October 17th, Mayor Grant and Councillor Stevens joined members of the North Lake Rec Committee for the ribbon cutting of their new pickleball/tennis court.
Congratulations to both committees and thank you for all you do for our communities.
