Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, council passed the following motion to reschedule the meeting to a later date:
MOTION: It was moved by Councillor Glanville and seconded by Councillor Stevens to hold the October regular meeting on Wednesday, October 14th due to the Thanksgiving Holiday falling on a Monday and a scheduling conflict on the Tuesday.
