MUNICIPALITY OF LAKELAND RIDGES

PUBLIC HEARING – PROPOSED REZONING (By-law #06-01)

Notice is hereby given that the Municipality of Lakeland Ridges is considering amending the South Central Carleton County Rural Plan Regulation (11-SCC-045-00) by rezoning the following property:

PROPERTY:       Portions of PID’s 10075505, 10195238 &10249316, Dugan Road

REZONING:        “R&R 1” Rural and Resource One Zone to “AE” Aggregate Extraction Zone

PURPOSE:            To permit a quarry
