Ward One
May 25 – Spring High Tea – 1:00 p.m. at the Community Hall in Fosterville, N.B. Sponsored by the North Lake Recreation Council. Admission is by donation. As seating is limited, please RSVP by phone 506-392-6284 or email Northlakerec2022@gmail.com by May 18, 2024.
June 15 – Community Potluck Supper – 5:00 p.m. at the Community Hall in Fosterville, N.B. Sponsored by the North Lake Recreation Council. This is the perfect opportunity to come out and visit with friends and neighbours in our community. The NLRC is looking forward to seeing everyone there.
June 29 – Breakfast – 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. at the Community Hall in Fosterville, N.B. Sponsored by the North Lake Recreation Council
Menu – Bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast, baked beans, pancakes, juice, coffee and tea. Cost is by donation.

May 25 – 7:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. – Benefit Breakfast for Leigh and Irene Williams at the Richmond Corner Recreation Centre, 830 Route 555, Richmond Corner – Donations will be greatly appreciated to help Leigh and Irene with travel and medical expenses. Leigh and Irene are residents of Ward Two.
June 15 – ATV Rally – 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Registration at Debec Community Centre – Insurance and Trail Pass required. Cost: $ 10.00 per Quad, Non-Perishable Food Item for Woodstock Food Bank. BBQ Lunch at Benton Community Park – Hosted by the Debec Recreational Council.

Ward Three
May 28 – Bingo – 7:00-9:00 p.m. – Meductic Community Centre
June 1 – ATV Rally – 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Registration at Meductic Community Centre – $ 10.00 per person. BBQ and Prizes at the halfway point
Ward Four
June 22 – Annual ATV Rally/Corey Cruz – This year Ward 4 Rec Committee have partnered with Corey Cruz. Registration 9-11am at the Canterbury Community Centre. $10 per person. Tons of prizes. 50/50 draw. BBQ at half way point (CASH ONLY). Canterbury Ladies Auxiliary will be selling breakfast sandwiches (bacon/egg on English muffin) inside the Community Centre beginning at 8am.
July 1 – Canada Day Celebration – Sponsored by Ward 4 Recreation Committee. Lots of events happening throughout the entire day.
Canterbury Ladies Auxiliary will be serving a full sit-down breakfast beginning at 7:30am at the Canterbury Community Centre. Cost is by donation.
Community Yard Sales – residents throughout the community will be set up. Times may very.
Adult Washer Toss Tournament – Canterbury Community Centre. Registration beginning at 11am. Games starting at noon. $20 per person. Prizes for 1st & 2nd.
BBQ – on site at the Community Centre beginning at 11am and will run throughout the day.
Bonfire – 8pm at the Community Centre. Come out and enjoy the bonfire, roast marshmallow, Canada Cake & sparklers.
Fireworks – at dark
July-Aug – Music at the Park in Canterbury – Every Tuesday evening. Admission by donation. 50% of the proceeds go to the artist and 50% to the rec committee. Bring a chair, come out and show your support!

August 17 – 4 team Co-ed Softball Tournament (currently full) $300 per team.
50/50 draw. Homerun contest.
BBQ on site (school ball field) – CASH ONLY – everyone welcome to enjoy. All proceeds go towards Ward 4 Rec Committee.
August 30th – Rollerblading & Music at the Rink in Canterbury. (Weather permitting) Beginning at 6pm. BBQ on site.
September 20-22 – Canterbury Days. Theme for parade this year is Halloween. More info coming soon!
October 26th – Haunted Trail – More info coming soon! Save the date.
