The Municipality of Lakeland Ridges is currently seeking quotations for renovations at our Community Centre in Benton. The renovations will include replacing windows and a bathroom expansion.
Project should be started as soon as possible and MUST be completed by March 31, 2024.
What is needed:
– Replace six windows
– Expand existing bathroom to make it wheelchair accessible and install a shower stall.
– Plumbing required for bathroom reno
– Painting and finishing work
